Jade Terrace Open for Lunch and Dinner, Dine-In and/or Take-Out. Jade Terrace is a Chinese Restaurant located on Monmouth Street in Independence, Oregon. Chow mein is made with noodles not bean sprouts. Chef Specialties items 🍯 Honey Prawn and 🍋 Lemon Chicken is nice. Be good humans!! 💙

Jade Terrace is my favorite place to get General Tso Chicken and fried rice. I travel from Albany and it is worth it. They don't drown the food in sauce. The ladies who serve are friendly. Prices are okay. They charge $1 for soda refills.

Inconsistent when it comes to quality kinda bland flavor

The waitstaff are always smiling and they're so kind. The food was delicious and we'll definitely be going back. Nice, mellow atmosphere and lovely people.

I really like this place. I couldn't give Jade Terrace 5 stars because there are similar options for food in the area that I believe are better. The food was good here though. i had no complaints besides minor slow service. I had a few friends get sick after eating here, but they had the same experience at other Asian food restaurants. I think it may be food sensitivities. With the said, crab puffs are wonderful, make sure to try some when you eat here next.

Homey, reminds me of my favorite place back home. Prices are what I would expect, food is pretty good, the people who work there are super nice. Little to no wait time.

The vegetable chow fun had no vegetables. It was bizarre. The entire dish was a pile of different sized noodles. The vegetable fried rice was flavorless. It did have both peas and onion though so I guess that's "vegetables."

We love this restaurant! Clean, friendly and delicious! Every chicken dish I have tried has been all white meat. They always make it as spicy as I requested (or not). The mushrooms are the best in every dish! Give it a shot for lunch. You cannot beat their $6.00 lunch deals!

Didn’t even eat the food. Went in to go get dinner, stood there for 10 minutes and no one even came to sit us down or acknowledge us. Stood there for another 10 minutes as the waitress helped people cash out and still never spoke to us, then walked away. The food could taste great, but I didn’t stay for any longer.

Poor customer service. Cleanliness of restaurant was lacking. Wait time for over an hr for 2 combo meals to go, so they don't have good time management either. Food quality was mediocre at best. Very generic Asian American food. Will NOT be coming back. Not worth it. Go to Sing Fay restraunt for a better experience all around. Located in Monmouth so only 5 mins extra drive.

Came In and ordered food. They put it on a slip and all. Went to play video poker. 40 min later food was never made. Then they asked if I wanted it still. No people. I was hungry an hour ago

Waited almost an hour to be seated. Only one table had people at it so it's not like they where busy. Then we waited over an hour for cold food... Not impressed.

I ate there one time & had food poisoning. I threw up at midnight all red sauce & orange chicken. I will try something else from them and if I get sick again I will not eat there anymore.

The food is constantly well prepared and yummy, workers hands out fantastic customer service. I liked how clean it is and vibes. I highly recommend this spot.

I’ll rate it a 5 because all my times their have been great until the last 3 or 4 times. It’s going downhill they forget orders and are rude. But food still good. Win some lose some i guess

Decent food but terrible service. Took 20 minutes to get seated when the place was mostly empty. Their servers were very nice and friendly with the regulars one table over but short with us and never smiled or checked on us until we finally flagged someone down for the bill. Pretty unpleasant experience overall.

Was not impressed at all. Yelp stated they closed at 10:30pm but they close at 10 food was not very flavorful the pan fried noodles were mushy. I will not eat at this location again.

Double mushroom is mushroom lover's dream! Good portions, nice waitress. Sizzling deluxe is a Chinese version of a fajitas.

$7 for steamed rice?! I don't think so. Not fried rice, just plain white rice. Not good value.

I set a low bar for American Chinese restaurants to clear, but Jade Terrace still manages to trip over that bar and fall into a pool of bland sweet & sour sauce....food is mediocre at best, from apps to entree’s. I’ve had it all. The service is very kind and mostly attentive, that’s the best part. As long as college kids and cheapskates crave salty meals, they’ll be in business forever. Can’t blame them for making a buck where a buck can be made.

Service is good, restaurant seems tired.
